DiStefano Ricotta is a hand-scooped cow's milk ricotta, proudly made the traditional Italian way by simply re-cooking the whey used to make their fresh mozzarella cheese. This ricotta is smoother than cottage cheese but slightly grainy, white, moist, and has a mildly sweet taste. The light, delicate consistency and clean flavors make it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of recipes and dishes.
